I will be honest we don't mind little criticism about our business. It gives us chance to improve our facility and customer service.

Last week one client mentioned about shower head not working and as a business management we understand that things break down so we replaced it right away. If someone has any issue you can mention to us. we will listen and improve it.

But if you creating a thread To talk about our water heater all day. That's not nice and I think we don't have that kind of time in a day.

Like I said for some guys this business is just living life on appointment based.

Busta this book is $84 online.Paper back version so you can highlight some notes and memorize it.It will help you understand things better.

I am repeating myself but there is way more to bidnesss and it takes time.but you have to start somewhere.

It happened to me last night and for once instead of suffering though an hour so as not to hurt the ladies feelings, I left.

As for Kraygees spa, I don't see anything that I like there aside from Emma and possibly Amy. I prefer younger spinners mostly.
