Fine. Then you should had made that clear and addressed King, I believe that was who you were addressing, directly. Your initial question was posted for the general public to respond to.

As stated, since your question was not directed to a specific person, anyone could had responded, and so I did. And how was my response demeaning? Did I not write "I hope this will help you along..." Questions like yours have been answered in similar fashion, and in most cases, you are left to fend for yourself.

Let us break this down. On the very first post, retired_h said he paid "$80 at the door for the hour massage, I gave the $100 requested and $40 tip for great service." Moving along cantinflas posted a review of ShaSha, the girl in question, where he "gave her 2bills for her effort." One can then deduce that you should have at least $80 for the house, and no more than $200 additional for service and tip, unless you want to pay more.
