Saw Mimi last week, as mentioned before very petite chinese gal who could easily passed for a Jap gal (with the fake eyelashes....).

I dont' think that there is any veil there. It seems pretty straight forward to me. She has not made up a fake name to post glowing reviews. She has not created a network of shills who will post glowing reviews. She seems pretty honest about what she is doing and that is to promote discussion about her services and to get some clients.

Mimi does not own the spa where she works at, why should she pay to advertise for the owner. I have never met her, but she seems like a straight forward, smart, brash, and perhaps cocky girl. I like the fact that she is taking some initiative.

Mimi. When you respond to a post, it shows up in your User CP (any threads that you have posted on will show up there). So everytime I look at my User CP your thread shows up there. That is why some people end up reviewing the thread even if they don't really care anymore.

I don't know about you guys but I like to login several times a day and read through some of the bolded (newly added content) threads. What Mimi seems to be doing is the equivalent of bumping a thread. Seriously, what is the point of posts #6 "^_^^_^" and #13 "up! hehe"?
