New Kennedy Square is a very busy Chinese plaza, much worst than the plaza where Just Relax is located. There are more than ten restaurants there, all of them are Chinese cuisine. It is difficult to find a parking spot after ten in the morning. The crowd appears again during dinner hours. The situation is a bit better in late afternoon and late evening.

I believe that this is one of the reasons why the previous two spas did not work it out.

Beauty queen worked out fine, the previous owner Tina got married so she sold the spa, idk what the new owner did but all the women she brought looked like they're in the mid 30s-40s definetly a turn off when i went

That parking lot is chaos. To many restaurants. She’s obviously catering to a Chinese only crowd.

With all the Chinese restaurants around there Chinese guys might not go for fear of being spotted by someone they know. Much easier for white guys to slip in and out.

I went to use that ATM on a Saturday about 7pm. No parking at the bank either. I parked on the walkway in front of the bank.
