Unfortunately (!) she's no longer an mpa and we don't seem to be able to coax her out of retirement (lol).

I still love my old gracious Kayla owner of HFH, she sometimes plays the role of receptionist when her MPA's are busy or her receptionist takes off seeing her still one can say the common phrase " Old Is Gold" Lol.

I've been there and had the warm up treatment. Very cool.
It was at Medusa Spa on Belanger in the east end of Montreal. The place hasn't been around for a while now.
Their approach was good, but the staff was below the standard for Montreal. Once the receptionist handed things over to the MPA, it was all down hill from there. That's why they didn't survive.

There is a place in Montreal where they used to have a receptionist who would bring you to your room, turn on the shower and then come back a minute later. She would then actually open the shower door and ask if everything is ok and she'd reach in and start rubbing you a bit, then she'd strat "warming things up" for you. She always left you good and hard then she'd disappear and you'd be plenty ready when your MPA came in the room. It was their way of making sure the client took a shower, but it was also seen as a nice warm up by the clients.

Anybody remember Sabrina at the former body & soul? One time I show up for my appointment was led to the room, showered, waited on the table. Two minutes later Sabrina walks in ... no she wasn't my attendant but for a brief second I thought my prayers were answered. She only wanted to tell me "your attendant will be right in". Such a sweet girl.

I had the pleasure of having Tia give me a massage about 3 years ago. It was early in the morning and only 1 MPA came in due to a snowstorm. So I offered her a sizable tip (can't remember how much) for 30 min BS session. It was great, but too many interruptions and session was cut show. Everytime I see her at the Platinum desk, I ask for her and she says later. Tia is the best.
