It’s possible the other ladies may have been late showing for work, that’s why she had to unfortunately answer her phone.

TO my way of thinking, that is no excuse. You take a customer's money, you look after them. They are there now. If the ones on the phone can't figure out you are busy and try later, they the kind of help a massage therapist is not qualified to give lol.

That's what my point is too! If l am paying same money as a guy would pay later when all girls are working, I should get same treatment too!
