Normally no. But some individual therapists may, if familiar with you.
I was chatting with a therapist at a specific five star hotel in Delhi, and she told me about this - while she doesn't, she was talking about therapists at different five star hotels who do. As I have not validated, can't share information.

I would disagree. Most 5 stars offer extras and i am speaking frm my experience. Management usually knows what goes on as when people staying in hotel get extras that helps the hotel retain customer loyalty as people tend to stay in same hotel next visit. Management takes action only on complaints if recvd of in case LE gets to know. Once a therapist gives extras no matter how much salary she earns she will never deny easy money.
