*Long post warning*
I'm sorry I'm confusing you, I just didn't want bore anyone with my long story.
Yes, I ended up sending both the warmers back in the same return box. Hopefully I will see the refund on my cc statement.
Its just that trying to get straight what I was supposed to do- One box per warmer? One RA# or two and being passed around to so many different people was frustrating. Different people told me to do different things, nobody was really sure of anything, thats why I wanted to speak with a manager. And like I said, after I spoke with the distributer directly, she never notified MW of the bad batch like she told me she would.
I asked MW if they would
possibly give me an upgrade- the next one up was about $10 more, which they would not do unless I paid the difference. I am trying to keep costs down, as I am just starting out on my own. I just felt they should do something for me, because I still didn't have a warmer, and was reluctant to try a third in the same model!
When I found the warmer on ebay, I explained my situation to the store owner, Steve, and he promised he would personally plug in the warmer and make sure it worked before he sent it to me. I must have emailed him 6 times, but he was very helpful. And dealing with only one person was nice. He answered all my questions almost immediately.
Its the same model I ordered from MW, the one I really wanted(not the one that was more $!)
If I do order from MW again, I will be sure to call Allan and tell him you referred me! Thankyou so much for your help.
I will cross my fingers with my ebay purchase, but I have to say, I've bought many things there and find it a very viable supply source. I just recieved some beautiful, affordable sheet sets and scrub pants from there also.
