to get their details you can have a couple of sign up sheets available (with pencils), getting their email is very helpful as follow up is so easy.

let them know everyone who signs up will get a free article on eg managing stress, 10 tips on saying goodbye to PMT.

have a pretty box for people to drop their own business card in too..eg there may be haidressers etc in your audience, to do joint things with in the future.
