Due to Hannah's unfortunate situation as well as general risks for a provider, it is imperative that certain topics cannot be discussed face to face.
Further more please understand that while you may be a great person who is just having a bad day or reacting to a situation you don't understand. It is very intimidating to be in the presence of a stranger who displays a confrontational demeanor to the point where tempers are flaring and voices are being raised. I am in a position where I am not at liberty to answer certain questions freely in person. In my past experiences there has never been a need to discuss issues of a sensitive nature as those that have visited me are already aware of the general protocol. I feel that if these matters cannot be handled as discreetly as possible in a composed fashion it is best to part ways peacefully.

Ok P. I understand. I'm disappointed and upset. But you knew hannas situation well before I arrived. If you were scared you should have said forget it on the phone instead of taking me as far as you did. And I was in no way rude, In fact I said, I don't want be get upset, I'm leaving and I think you are being unfair.
