I notice that the staff that have been there for a while are driving some really nice new vehicles, so it seems that Wendy and Linda do hold to the promise of good compensation. That's good to know.

It sounds like the advertisements for new talent will bring new faces but most won't cut it for the long run if there are no repeat clients for those "trial talents". XP should take a hint and not engage "iffy talent". Loyal clients visit XP and TT because they trust the minimum service baseline is upheld and money is never wasted. There are hundreds of massage shops with useless service levels that just vacuum clean our wallets.

Clearly we need some clarity on XP new therapists:

Sophie, Sophia, 32..34.. err mid 40s... maybe 60... very slim... no cups....huge cups... maybe not slim ... yep it all makes perfect sense . Will try to book a 90 minute session and see if each of them can make a 30 minute appearance to get it all sorted out.

PS: oops was the 32 .. 34 meant to be age... or cup size?

Sophia is not new, been there for a while. Not 30 for sure, but she could be on her 40. Great set of boobs to give you a stroke lol. I always wondered how they would look and feel without the bra? Some ladies with saggy boobs does wear push up bra to enhance the look and shape of their boobs to attract client.

We're all both the problem and the solution. XP's business model has proven to be wildly successful. The semi-legit tipi-what-you system has driven business through the roof for them, or should I say through the wall next door. Our reviews here, I'm sure, have been a big help.

I'm glad for that. There is no better value in the city, maybe the province, right now. But, with that success comes the need for the business to meet demand, and part of their success was that they'd found a great core group of staff. It's hard to expand quickly and find the right people, but they have to try, and so there's going to be some growing pains. We have to suck it up and ride out this growth plan with them. We know they know what works and we just have to go with it.

You are right on with your comment. Especially with economy tight and be getting tighter next year....don't get me started. Most fellows don't have the funds to build up a good relationship to get to the promised land like previous times.
If the lady doesn't show any hint of extra curricular activities in first or for sure second visit, fellow is done n gone. Not returning.

More establishments than ever, competition fierce for that dwindling dollar. My opinion, as economy worsens even more, the landscape will to. Whether as a side hustle or whatever. I see prices coming down as business competition gets tougher.

XP/TT took what was sorta started at Comfort Oasis and ran with it, creating an entirely new segment of massage "product" in the city. I know they probably didn't intend to turn into serious competition for the adult spas, but those places moved upscale in terms of pricing and offerings, leaving a gap, and it got filled, big time. Turns out there's a lot of guys not looking to spend $200+ a session and have lots of fun without FS.

But, as I noted above, this pressure on XP (which is a great problem to have as a business) has meant that even with their trusted excellent core staff, service is compromised as it's harder to get an appointment, and walking in can be nearly impossible now. So, they have to hire. And hiring new staff for this business is very, very difficult. It's on the fringe of the industry and you need the right people, and despite what we might think, it's obvious that it takes time to figure out who will make it, want to stay, and then become a fan-fave.

I'm willing to try out new staff and take a chance, mostly because the financial risk is pretty small. That's the beauty of XP - you're not spending $2-300 on a session that turns out to be a dud.

The back room, aside from no shower, is the best! You are furthest away from the front where there's more noise and you might only have a guy in one room next to you instead of both sides! Had some pretty good sessions in that back room

XP is a long running success. But the one thing they need to improve on (with or without renovations) is to stop talking loudly through walls and doors with a therapist that is working with a client. Seriously uncool.

Imho, it's the ones in the reception area or walking the hallway that need to tone down the loud announcements that three newly arrived (without appointments) horny toads are waiting in the front
