New Platinum / Premier spas update

I've been to Perla 100's of times and Flirt VP many times. Never was aware of a school across the street, never saw one student or underage person in view of either spa.
Although I have never been, there is a spa in the mall complex south the street, that would seem to attract kids to convenience store or whatever in a retail mall as opposed to a commercial building where Perla and Flirt are located. Both are next to storage and rented bays - businesses in their buildings.

I never noticed any school either because I only visit in the evenings.

The private school is on Victoria Park east side and just south of the street where Perla and a Flirt are. It’s technically straight across the street from the office tower that is south of the Perla/Flirt unit. All residential is east of VP in that immediate area. The west side of VP is industrial. Few school children will be walking by the front doors to Perla or Flirt in the industrial zone. Perla is as the west-end of the complex and very far away from the eyes of kids on VP. Flirt shares the same door with a self-storage so nobody really knows which you are visiting. Parking is also on a downslope so nobody not already in the same complex really sees you coming or going.

Premier chair is now buying land and building commercial buildings? Jeez. These guys either got so much illegal money to launder or their legit spa business is making too much money.

It appears that two new Platinum locations are under development. One is near the airport and the other is near Yorkdale.

If the interiors are anything like the exterior early concept images, we are in store for lots of fun.

The one near Yorkdale will probably be a new home of s9.

I think they are building at Yorkdale. Anything outside of north York is not likely. Zoning is impossible

The rules are different as the school across from Perla is a private school and is classified by the city as a business.

I don't think Pure is big compared to Perla, and I've definitely seen more than 5 girls in a lineup when it's slow.

That concept looks like some developer stock image, I doubt they'd go with something that eye-catching...and man, if it's by the airport, RIP my wallet lol
