It's in a strip mall, with parking inside. Like the other poster mentioned, it's on the NW corner of 10 Ave and 6th Street.



Haven't been here for over 2 years now. But it's NOT a MP PERIOD. Store front, it's a hair cut place, with a sign saying facial and massage offered. If you want a massage, you do go to a private room, and they charge you extra if you want to use the shower.

About MP in New West, there used to be one on 12th Street (Kingsway in New West), but it's been closed for over 2 years now. The City by-laws in New West are pretty tough on Body Massage parlor, the business must be closed by 9PM.

Dropped by there today (Sunday) around 2:30pm. Sat in the car parked in front of the store and was able to see in. There was a asian guy who seemed to be part of the operation, an older, bigger, caucasion lady, a mid-age oriental women of med build, and a younger girl (could not get a good look). The salon is connected with the tan salon next door as another older asian lady came into the hair salon during my stake out.

A sign was on the front offering a package deal on "Massage, Shampoo and Haircut for $49.99". Didn't go in, but did see a girl go in for a legit hair coloring, so I don't know...

Maybe I will TOFTT when I need my next hair cut but that'll be a few weeks away. I'd sure like to meet this lil_hottie though... So Monica, is going back to Hairloom an option?

Guys, I'm fairly certain this place has gone legit. I went in Sunday afternoon (probably just a bit after el531 was there), and paid for the $50 massage / shampoo / haircut special. Boss lady tells me the massage comes first, and leads me into a backroom behind the tanning salon. Room had a shower and an unattached massage table. She tells me to strip down to my underwear, and wrap a towel around myself.

The girl comes in, and it's the middle-aged asian girl, Kristy. Not exactly a looker, I'd guess around 36-40, kinda thick-bodied, 36A chest. We chat a little to introduce ourselves, and she sets the timer for 30 minutes. The massage was actually quite decent, she asked if I wanted it hard or soft, so I gave a non-committal "medium". In that 30 minutes, there wasn't a part of my body she didn't massage thoroughly (except for the little general). Standard full body massage, including arms, hands, legs, feet, and head. Felt great.

She did ask me to flip, but also to make sure the the towel stayed covering me. She then massaged my chest, arms and abdomen from the front, and that's when the timer went off. She told me I could shower if I wished, and left the room. No extras asked or offered, which was for the best, though I wouldn't have minded a happy finish. Showered and got dressed.

Haircut and shampoo were decent, nothing special. I tipped Kristy $10, which she appreciated. Sideburns were a bit uneven, but I fixed that when I got home.

So there you go. Maybe other girls offer massages + extras; I wasn't given a choice provider. But for $50, it was pretty good value all-in-all.
