Yes, it definitely can be addicting! I've always been a 'budgeter'. And it's something you have to decide how much you want to spend on it and if it's worth it over other things in your life. When you start getting into debt, taking out loans, re-mortgaging your house, because of it, you're already too late and it's taken over your life.

Well- that's pretty much what I do! When it runs out I don't get no more massages unless I find other ways to refill that envelope (besides loans/credit).

I have kept myself to one appointment a month so far but lately the urge to have more is getting stronger and stronger.
