no sensitivity with Reflexology

Hi all,
I have a reflexology case study who has very high oestrogen levels since having a hysterectomy 10 years ago.{still has ovaries},

Over the uterus reflex is very BLUE,can I work over this area,as the brain does not know of this organ not there.???

I do all endocrine system as well as general tratment,I have never done any linking,am Is there something Im missing out on?
