Not really. The mats are about quessn bed size, so same area. The issue si the gel. It gets soaked up on a bed unless you use a plastic or rubber sheet, and I find beds not as slippery (which is half the fun). Still, in the hands of a master, I suspect a Nuru bed massage would be fun too!

Ah well, old age catches up every now and again. I meant that the number of positions possible on a mat are about the same as a bed, but I've never had a bed massage that allowed the same slipperiness as a mat (although, to be fair, I have had only about half a dozen bed Nuru massages, so I'm not trying to make any definitive statement)!

Saw Dalia for nuru today. She's highly overrated. She starts off with a regular massage with oil. Changes to the nuru gel about half way through your time. She doesn't apply enough gel to really get a good slide going. Her nuru technique consists of sliding her chest on your body and that's about it.

The statements about her having a bit of an attitude and being low mileage are correct (I was barely able to touch her).

My biggest complaint was that she didn't shave her legs and "other" areas. It was like rubbing against a cactus. A big turn-off.

I won't be repeating.

Thanks for the review. Now before anyone claims "shill" (or.. what would be the opposite of a shill, since the review is moreorless negative?) because this guy has only one post on massageplanet.net.. there is some truth to what he says.
She is low mileage, no question about that (I don't think anyone is trying to claim otherwise). I also did notice some, uh, razor stubble down there, and more liberal use of the nuru gel would only enhance the experience.

Personally, I came to a different conclusion as to whether I'd want to see her again than you did, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
