I had an equally garbage session with Naomi yesterday. Ended up doing HJ for $60 bc I had a bad feeling about her. She also quoted me $200 for BJ, is she nuts?? She stopped in the middle of the massage to talk about prices through her phone app bc she doesn’t speak English. Only got 45 mins out of a one hour session. Honestly I never criticize a girl in reviews, but this one deserves it. I’d never go back to her and should have requested a refund also. Good for you for getting it

If you were there last afternoon, I think I saw you. I saw a customer walking out ignoring the front desk girl who asked him a feedback about the session. Looked like he was so unhappy with the MPA.

Honestly, I am not much into BJ. When she asked me for $200/, I also wondered if she was nuts. I told her I usually give $150-170 max for FS with or with out BBBJ. But since Naomi did not understand English, she kept saying she needed $200/ ..My bad...I got up to check if I have cash, still unsure if I had to give $200/. As I finished counting, she grabbed the money from me. Though I got my room fee back, that's not enough to compensate the damage I had.

Thanks for sharing your experience about Naomi and I think we should do that more often so that we know who to avoid. One good thing about OM is if you take the issue to the front desk then they take it seriously and make sure customers are treated fairly.
I also had the similar type experience with Mina where she finished the 30minutes session in 15 minutes and there was no massage and was just trying to finish the session as soon as possible. When I told that to the front desk the lady at the front desk gave me 15 minutes credit for the next session and also informed me that she is going to talk to Mina about that.

Really thanks for your feedback, when front desk talked to me by phone that's piss me off too, we told her many many times and warned her that if she ask ripped any customers she can't stay to work. I hope you are happy with our management late to deal this case, and you won't see her anymore in our spa,

If they did, this incident would nit have happened. I did not want anyone else to have the same experience that I had.

Honestly, i think no one said anything is because of embarrassment. Most people are going to brag about good experience and forget about bad ones IMHO

I understand that. I was so embarrassed too, it was embarrassing to explain everything to the front desk girl as well. I did it bcoz I believe there should be professionalism and accountability in every job, no matter what kind of job it is and such bad apples should be thrown out of the basket.

That's why we always care about customers ' feedback, we glad to take all kinds feedback, fortunately she worked not long time with us, and when she start working with us, not like this, since two weeks before, we got some feedback back about her ask money first and cut off the time, but not rip the customers . I don't think there is any reason you guys feel awkward when you give the feedback in front desk in person, or you can call us to tell.
