Logeyboy, I dunno and I've never really fancied finding out. I've seen post-op pictures and they look a bit like a hedgehog that's been run over. I was in Soi Katoey one night and there was this total stunner, blonde hair, ginormous tits, tiny little mini dress, legs that went on forever and eight inch stiletto heels. How does it feel?

Well, for starters it isnt naturally lubricated like a 'real' one, so you will need to have some Ky jelly (you should have it anyway, for when you do their back door in ).

After they have had the op, they are supposed to ram a piece of plastic up their flue, to keep the skin from healing over again. If it heals over, they need to split the skin. This can be done with hard shagging or the plastic, but it hurts them a bit.

It isnt as deep as a normal fanny, but they look and feel normal.

It should be kept clean as often as possible, but all the ones i have been with always liked a good shower anyway so no problem.

Some of them have silicon tits, and some have 'real' tits from taking hormones. Silicon looks good but feels a bit strange. The hormone tits feel and taste great but are a little bit smaller than silicon.
