Bush v Gore makes sense in 2020 if PA was Biden's only path to 270, because FL was Al Gore's only path to win.

However, Biden has other paths to 270. Biden needs to lose the PA lawsuit AND the Georgia lawsuit AND the Arizona lawsuit AND the Nevada lawsuit AND the Michigan lawsuit to lose the presidency.

But yes, I agree, let's handle it in court.

Yes, and the vote differential was around 900 to begin with and ended with a little over 500 (out of 6 million). The differences in the other states in 2020 are much higher, and the Republicans on the ground directly overseeing the vote count are not screaming voter fraud (only the bystanders are). When Fox News hosts were asking their reporters on the scene if there was voter fraud, even they were saying it’s not true. No election system is 100% perfect but the US is 99.9997% to 99.9975% accurate. The gap is too wide in too many states to swing the results

One thing I notice about the coverage of this is that the news keeps reporting "there's absolutely no evidence of wide spread voter fraud", that Trump's making it all up.

But, that isn't what is being alleged. The margins are razor thin in the crucial areas and what's being suggested is that there was specific targeted fraud, not wide spread fraud. I have no reason to think either exists, but with such a close contest, it can only be in America's interest to having everything done that will reassure voters things were done in a fair way. That means letting the process go forward and having an investigation.

I think Americans will rue the day they chose Biden and today's Democrats over Trump, but that's just my opinion and I'm totally happy to be proved wrong. Now standby and watch how the media begins to tell us that every Biden fart smells like roses.

You're right, I don't know Joe Scarborough. But after reading the article you linked, I think he's right in that the current Dem brand doesnt work for all of America (proof being that America is divided right at the middle). Do I think Biden might win reelection in 2024? No I don't.

He broke down his points as to why he doesn't think the Dems can sustain 2024. And to be fair, I agree.

However, get this, he never once claimed cheating or election fraud in the article.

If that's your attempt at a "gotcha" moment, you gotta try harder. But see, you're incapable of a neutral, impartial and fair outlook. You're as good as a broken sound board.
