I don't think I've heard of one instance of that happening though. Police are busy enough to try to enforce that, and by-law officers just want to make their monthly ticket quota of ticketing MPAs for not working where their license says they're working. The Premier chain used to suffer from that all the time, and as other chains consolidated locations under the same brand, they also got hit too.
