We defend Premier because they provide the best experience, so theres mutual benefits. There are other good spas, but Flirt is not on my list at all. The girls seem to agree which is why there's more girls that move from other places to Premier than vice versa.

I was in Flirt recently. I will say the quality of girls has dramatically declined. I'm not gonna fat shame, but so many of them have let themselves go a bit. One chick I had months ago, and she was really great. Saw her in the line up and she easily put on 30 pounds. I've been a couple times since, and there are still of course some fantastic, top notch girls, but the "Average" girl has dropped significantly.
The asians though...ya, they still fine as fuck!

I have heard a few girls complaining about premier management too. However, upon further investigation, it occurred that those girls were disciplined for ripping clients off. Premier management has standards and they want clients to get the best value for their hard earned dollars.

Premier management doesn't put up with any bullshit. The complaining from the girls is because of that. If Premier didn't have a line up of girls wanting to work there then maybe they'd need to lighten up, but they DO, so they DON'T. They run a tight ship and the girls are readily replaceable. That rubs some girls the wrong way, especially when it happens to burst the princess mentality that works in other parts of their lives.

Premier management shouldn't change a single damn thing.

I also think the OP needs to stop playing white knight and trying to get into the minds of the girls. Asking how they like their jobs and "gaining their trust" sounds like he wants to get WAY too involved in their personal lives. Get a massage and your dick stroked. Go home. Rinse and repeat. They're not your girlfriend.

Right. Last year a whole bunch of girls left Muse and several of them wound up at Premier. You dont see girls leaving Premier for Muse. Never seen a girl go from Perla to Flirt even though its next door. If you like hearing girls have a pity party they will do that for you, but if you rather have them suck you off they will do that too lol. They want to work where the money is and they know what brings in money.

Plus its a lot better going to a spa where girls are expected to show up on time than going to one where you go not knowing if the girl is going to cancel five minutes before her shift show up an hour late decide that she cant be bothered to provide half decent service that day etc

Chantelle left for a while and came back. I talked to her about that because I met her at FLirt, and she said she came back to Premier because it's a lot busier and she can make more money. And now she has very few shifts, which sucks because I really like her.

I check her schedule regularly. I think the last couple of times she had shifts I was already scheduled to see someone else. As much as I like her, I am not going to cancel a session with somebody else to see her. But I keep hoping it works out again.
