Thanx for the report. Its nice to know La Zona Roja is still kicking. I've had some beauties from those bars. Though last time I went to the old Hawaii club in 2002 (which was next door to the Cadillac, and across from Mi Tren sorry I can't get used to calling it stravaganza) The bar tender told me I could take girl for 2 hours @ $200 USD to my hotel. I paid $60.00, and got an hour with here in the cabana.

After the problems I had with taking Thai girls back to room, I only go short time. No more long time, due to performance issues.

Lower end places:

The most well known lower end puta place in Puerto Vallarta is Las Alazenas. The location has been mentioned many times on this thread. There are 3 other puta bars, Stravaganza, Cadillac (I believe it still goes by this name), and a new place that opened up that for years housed a puta bar called Tren. They are all basically next door to each other, or across the street from each other.

Even though Stravaganza and Cadillac can get expensive, the good thing about these places is it is easy to get the girls to go with you after closing, or to set up dates for the next day without breaking the bank. At Las Alazenas you can get girls to go with you for 24 hours for as little as one hundred dollars. To get service on premises it is usually only $40. to $50.00 dollars. Ladies drinks are 4 or 5 dollars compared to the high end strip clubs where you are paying a minimum of $15.00 dollars. Generally there are about 15 putas sitting around or up against the wall as you enter, and quality varies from day to day, with weekends being the best. The place is totally dead until about 11:30pm. In this bar you are sure to have a Mexican cultural bar experience.

Another place I like to go is called Mari Tierra, which is a large Mexican cantina with delicious free appetizers. They have approximately 6 normal waitresses working that generally are very attractive. I have on several occasions made dates with them for the next day, or on there day off. Beer prices are $1.50 for a Pacifico or Corona. Mari Tierra is about a 3 minute taxi ride from the bars I spoke of at the beginning of this post. If you were on the road for example heading to the airport, you would take a right by the OXXO convenience store, and the La Paloma bull right, and go about a mile and half down the road and take a right. Approximately a block away you would run into these two bars. It is very easy to locate them, and most taxis know Mari Tierra. Again the drink prices are the same as in Mari Tierra.

Another local bar you might want to checkout that is a normal bar with good prices, is called "The Cantina". It is located in downtown Puerto Vallarta, on the street above the Malecon. It is a very popular bar for local Mexican girls, and it gets to be quite busy on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Drink prices are capable to the bars I spoke of above. Things get going here after 10:30pm. All taxi drivers know where it is at. This area of the city is filled with bars/discos/ and a couple of Karoeke bars that cater to both the local Mexican crowd, as well as the tourists.

The bar called “The Rodeo" is filled with Mexican locals, and actually has live banda music on Friday and Saturday nights. It is located in Pitillal. The music is excellent, but there is a $10.00 cover charge, but it will be filled with girls. On Thursday nights they have a tonga contest where girls enter into a contest and strip down to there g-string. Again this is a bar that does not get going until 10:30 for the most part. It is probably the most popular disco for local Mexican people. You might find you are the only gringo in the place, because of it being located in Pitillal, but it is very secure, and is actually a very nice place. The only thing I do not like about it is the fact most people sit down at tables. I am one who likes to move about, and never sits. My preference is to stand at the bar.

A disco bar that plays all types of music that is a favorite among the Mexican girls is called JB’s Disco. It is located a short distance from the strip club “Prestige” but on the other side of the street. Drink prices are reasonable, the music by a DJ is great, and it is a nice place from time to time to checkout to see what is going on. I have seen some real cuties in this place.

Rolex: Rolex is a stripclub that is located about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta and pass the airport. The quality can be very good at times. It is a similar to the higher end strip clubs, but again it can be worthwhile to stop in, speak to some of the girls, and possibly set something up for later.

Hotel Erendira is located at Naranjo just south of Aquilles Serdan in the city of Puerto Vallarta. Freelancers hangout around here generally from 7 to 9pm but it is hit and miss. Your best bet is to walk around in this area and if they are out, they will find you.

Las Antorches is strictly a daytime bar with putas working inside with rooms in back. It is located across the street from where the ships dock. Prices again are reasonable for drinks, and your negotiating skills can get you a puta for $40. dollars. I am not sure if you can ever find a quality girl in this place. I have been to it quite possibly 15 times, and all the putas are old, fat, or both! It has only been on one occasion that I found a decent chica working.

In closing this post for now, I should point out that frequenting these local cantinas, discos, you really should have some knowledge and speaking ability of the Spanish language, or have a spanish speaking person with you. I do have a english speaking friend who is a taxi driver, I would highly recommend you use, if you are interested in going to any of these places I posted about. His fees are very fair, he has a nice air conditioned car with satellite radio, and most of all he knows a lot of the girls who hangout in these bars that he can introduce you to. He can also do your negotiating for you in the puta bars. Most importantly he is a super good and honest guy, who will help provide you a great time. Hotel: I stayed at the San Marino hotel and once again I had problems with getting what I had requested when I purchased my lodging for Puerto Vallarta. Last visit as I noted in a previous report it was at the Hotel Eloisa. I had requested an ocean view room with a king size bed, only to find out they had neither one available on my Friday check in as they had no vacancy. They told me they would be able to accommodate my requests on Saturday morning. On Saturday morning I was tired and hung over from partying all night, not getting back to the hotel until the sun was coming up in the morning, and with staying only one more day, I just said forget it.

My room was the typical hotel room for a 2.5 to 3 star hotel. The service was exceptional, and this particular property that sits directly on the beach, had some beautiful grounds and a pool. It also provides you chairs, towels, and has kayaks, e.c.t, for you to use if you are into the beach and water activities. There is also some good restaurants in the hotel. The one thing I did not like, was my bed was hard as a rock. Also they are now going to start charging 300 pesos for additional guests to your room. However, the night security guard, let me come in with a girl by putting one hundred pesos in his hand. I also passed several times on Friday with female friends, and nothing was said. This hotel sits in what is referred to as Old Vallarta, which is my favorite area of Puerto Vallarta. You have shops, restaurants, bars, casa de cambios, pharmacies, super markets, and almost anything else you want all basically on your door step.

Beach: The beach area in front of the hotel is really nice, and I consider Los Muertos beach to be one of the best in all of Puerto Vallarta. It is probably the most popular beach for the locals. A long pier stretches out into the water, and this pier serves as a tourist spot, a place to go fishing, e.c.t. There is also a volleyball net set up on the beach, as you exit on to the beach from the hotel. I spent about 4 hours on Saturday at the beach, and the same on Sunday, The volleyball area was quite popular. This is directly next to the San Marino hotel, and anyone who wanted to play was welcome. I also noticed alot of people on the beach, with most of the tourists being I believe from Guadalajara, who were in town for semana week, which is quite popular for Mexicans, and one of there preferred locations to spend this holiday is in Puerto Vallarta.

Nightlife: I go on bar tours each time I am in Puerto Vallarta and this time was no different. I do not go to any tourist bars, as I like to experience the Mexican culture. I go to Mexican cantinas where the beers are one dollar, where you have good Mexican appetizers called "botanas", and where you have juke boxes playing banda music, and Mexican waitresses eager to meet a gringo. Names of some of the bars I went to were called, Calypso bar, Mar y Tierra, Jaconitos (? ), Esmeraldas, The Revolution, as well as going to the Mexican style strip clubs, such as El y Ellas, Stravaganza, and the whor-house bar, and a long time favorite of mine, called Las Alazenas. Conojitos bar was closed down this weekend, do to a raid by drug enforcement I was told.

I really had a memorable time in El y Ellas. I met a husband and wife who sat next to me on my flight to Puerto Vallarta. He was a gringo, and she was a Colombiana. Both of them were in there 40’s, and I could tell she was open to having a lot of fun. They had asked me about things to do in Puerto Vallarta, such as restaurants I would recommend, as well as the nightlife. It was also the Colombianas birthday on Saturday. I really clicked with them, so I invited them to come out and party with me. On Saturday they called me telling me they wanted to party, and wanted to know where and at what time they could meet me, so knowing it was her birthday, I arranged for a 5 piece band I know to show up at the bar Mar y Tierra to sing her happy birthday. I had informed her husband what I was going to do when I spoke to him on the telephone, and he thought this would be very cool, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience for her, which will go down as one of the best nights she has ever experienced in her life.

From the Mar y Tierra bar, we went on a bar tour as I noted above, ending up at El y Ellas. I ordered a bottle of Traditional tequila and a bottle of Bacardi rum. By the time we got to El y Ellas, the Colombiana was on happy street, as she was enjoying the drinks, the atmosphere that was in the various cantinas, as well as the people I introduced her to along the way. Her husband was feeling the same way. In El y Ellas with her husbands permission, I got her a private dance with one of the girls, and this girl from El y Ellas was simply amazing in every way. She was extremely beautiful, has a knockout petite body with long nipples, and sexual as a girl can possibly be. She is one of those girls, that is a must to have! My taxi driver friend Rogilio who is with me every time I am in Puerto Vallarta, and who I, as well as others, have mentioned many times here on the board, had the girl Exthalmus was with the previous week also join our group. This was the first time the Colombiana ever experienced the touch of another female, so this made things even more exciting. I created a party at my table that seemed to be filled with action, action and more action, as the girls really put on a show the entire time we were in El y Ellas, which included getting on seforum.xxxe and having a live girl on girl sex show, that included the Colombiana. The alcohol and the atmosphere that was created totally put her in a different world. Also her husband was getting a lot of attention from this same girl who was into his wife, and of course I got in on the action as well sitting at our table which was located next to the seforum.xxxe. At one point this girl had her legs wrapped around the Colombianas husbands neck, pushing her pussy into his face, while she unzipped my pants and started giving me a blow job right there at the table! The waiters were all cool with what was going on, as I had given them good tips, so they had no problem with what was taking place. They just told us to cool it if the police or reglamentos came around. During this entire time in El y Ellas, we had several private dances which are 100 pesos each. We did this to keep everyone happy, so the bar and the girls knew we spending money, and it was just part of creating the party atmosphere. At about 3 in the morning, the Colombiana and her husband were worn out so they left to go to there hotel. Rogilio and myself went to Stravaganza and Las Alazenas, where I picked up the hostess (Alejandra, see pic) from Stravaganza, whom I was with on one other occasion in the past for free. I took this bit-h back to my hotel room, and this turned out to be a big mistake, as the bit_h stole my camera when she left at 8 in the morning, as I laid in my bed passed out. Of course I contacted her as soon as I awoke and noticed my camera was gone from the dresser top, but obviously she was not going to admit to it. However, I put the word out to some friends about the situation regarding my camera, and tonight, Monday, I received a message telling me my camera was now in the hands of one of those good friends. It was either she was going to give the camera back or face some consequences that were pretty severe. Other than the incident involving the camera it was a night that was memorable, not only for the couple who partied with me, but it was a night I will forever remember, and hope to repeat in the very near future, but more than likely it will not be until the first part of August, as I am off to Careforum.xxxena and Santa Marta, Colombia next week, then to Cali, Colombia in May, and in the latter part of June and the first part of July, I have tentative plans to go back to Thailand, or spend some time touring Guayaquil, Ecuador, and Venezuela.

A couple other notes:

On Friday night I had my share of Traditional tequila in me, so I decided to take the group I was with dancing to the Salsa bar that is located next to the bar called Roxy, and was the former home of The Shrimp Factory in old Vallarta. This was also a lot of fun, so if you are looking for a place to go and dance, you might want to consider this place.

The bar Calypso is a normal type of Mexican cantina/bar where you can get a dollar beer and be able to relax and shoot a game of pool if you want. They also have a juke box that has everything on it from American classic rock to Mexican music. My special friend Rossy, just opened the bar a couple of months ago, and with tourism being way down for a number of reasons, she is struggling to make it, as are most bars in Puerto Vallarta and elsewhere are, so I want to do anything I can to help her make it through these difficult times, as she has a good amount of money invested in the bar, not to mention she works her ass off, as in working 12 to 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, to try to make a go of it. I really appreciate any and all who go and have a drink or two at this place. Just tell her, her special gringo friend Eduardo recommended that you stop by. She is about 27 years old, very nice looking with long blond hair, and is just a great person to go along with that physical beauty. Thanks a million! The bar sets a couple doors off of the beach on Honduras Street, and in years past was called Clandestanos. If you are on the main road that passes by downtown Puerto Vallarta, that also runs next to the board walk area called the Malecon, you cannot miss it. It is one block from the Pemex gas station. If you are anywhere on the main drag, and you find Honduras, go towards the beach and it is on your left hand side a half a block down. Across the street from the bar is a street taco stand that opens up about 8pm, and they serve some of the best tacos de pastor you will find in the city of Puerto Vallarta.
