Hi. I don't know who is the manager of Queen Spa and will appreciate to be responded about the scamming today: I was in your spa for the first time today and talked with Tina about the price for "no massage and just FS for $70". At first she said that she doesn't agree and so I was going to leave but (just beside the exit door) Tina stopped me and told me that she has talked with her manager "and surprisingly the manager agreed”: so I double checked with her in the last moment of paying cash money that "it is going to be 30 minutes... OK?' she replied "yes".

But (surprisingly for me) after JUST 10 minutes, she told me that the money that I paid is not enough for 30 minutes and so she cannot do FS in spite of our prior agreement. I told her that I wanted to leave but SHE was the one who stopped me and now I want at least half of my money back; but she didn't agree and started yelling that the money of refundable.

These things will kill the "trust" in this business which is not suitable for anybody. I would like to know what will be the clear result(s) of this scamming.

Come on: we are not children: I am 45+ years old ... I told my conditions VERY CLEARLY to Tina and it was her decision to move forward or not ... are we scamming to say YES and do something else afterwards? Tina killed trust and will never trust in Queen spa anymore
