Question concerning MP closures or close scrutiny

This is really for my own education. I would truly like to understand why more info is not provided on MP, SP busts and/or problems.

I understand the purpose of this board, and I have never called upon a lady not well reviewed/recommended. Also, I do understand that hearsay and rumour is not in anyone

Is it not enough to know that these busts are going and you need to be careful? The more information shared on boards such as this, the more intel that LE is getting about the MPs, SPs, and the guys that go there.

Leave well enough alone, if you can call it well.

Yeah, reviews certainly aren't helping.... which is unfortunate.

This board has members from LE on here for sure, so they read the reviews, and know who to target.

No one screened me to make sure I was not a cop when I signed up.

Sucks, but the hobby we are engaged in is not legal unfortunately.

I don't do this very often, admittedly, but I am now concerned more clearly about the legal implications of what is done.

So I guess my questions are these:

a) MPs are getting busted, but why? If it is law that anything that goes on between 2 adults in a room is consentual, and MPs merely provide a meeting ground for such individuals to meet, the how can you get caught?

b) What about escort services? Does this mean that outcalls and incalls are also illegal? It only makes sense that if you stay away from one, you have to stay away from other?

I am not clear on the laws, any my logic might be flawed, but if someone could clarify, it would be much appreciated.

It is not illegal to have sex. It is illegal to solicit sex for money. So have sex all you want, just not for money.

It may seem odd having to go through the motions at the MP's etc, but those oddities are there for a reason and though they might seem silly and unnecessary at the time, those are the things that make it legal for your to visit MP's and Indy SP's at all and avoid potential LE problems.

This is not correct.

It is illegal to publicly solicit money for sex. Hence the communication law.

Sex for money is completely legal, as long is it happens between two consenting adults, in privacy of a building, behind closed doors, or any other place public can not see or be allowed to enter.

This is where it gets to be a problem for the MPs.



The above can make it tricky for incall. Escort services charge an introductory fee only. That is the part of the fee you pay to the lady that goes to the agency. That is why escort service avoid incalls. The rest of the fee you pay goes to the lady in question for whatever services you negotiate behind closed doors. Phone calls made from behind closed doors are considered private (that is why wire tap warrants are required).

I don't think you need to worry yourself about avoiding independent escorts that offer incall or escort agencies. Just keep all communications private.

The MPs are where the real issues are.

I dunno..That first post you made the other day that said Warning stay away from MP's for a while....That was goon enough for me....I had no further questions....I'd stay away from MP's for a while....If a Mod posts something like that I have learned 2 things...1. It's serious enough to warn people...then It's serious enough to stay the EFF away from...2. Don't ask questions
