whatever floats the boat, people in relationship still use anh em because its how it has always been but the gap was maybe male 2 years younger, i dunno about anything else than that, i suppose you can still say em to make the girl feel young lol.

well there are different ways to say suck my dick, some words sound more vulgar than others depending on toneation ect. "cu" is like baby penis or kid penis lol sometimes people might say "bu cu" but cu is used for youngins. or maybe if the girl wants to call yours that for affectionate purposes, or maybe she thinks your penis is small. "chiem" i think is the other word for penis too so in terms of vulgarness from lowest to highest its probably chiem, cu, cac. just sayin, i'm bored and broke so i surf and will never get back these hours i spend surfing forums...

My parents used to call me cu. I always thought it was a strange nickname after I found out what it meant. When I have kids, I don't think I'll call them lil penis or anything like that, even though it's meant as a term of endearment.

These phrases are for people within 20 years of your age.
"em" = male or female (person is younger than you)
"anh" = male only (person is older than you)
"chi" = female only (person is older than you)

There are different terms (many) for people who are more than 20 years younger or older than you.

That's not the area of confusion. What if the older girl is your wife? Do you call her em or chi? What if your wife happens to be much older? I'll use your example of 20 years. What would you call her and what would she call you?

You always call your wife "em" and she calls you "anh" no matter the age different.

Sometimes the female feels a bit awkward for calling a much younger husband "anh" than she will call him by his name and vice versa.

thehoustonguy - "co dep lam" means you are beautiful/pretty. It is just a complement. However, I see your dilemma. Not too many Viet husbands give complements to the spouses. So when the wife received such complement from another man, she feels young and wanted again...and...you know what happens.
