Another update.
I have officially "lost" one client due to the fee increase. And!! The positive is that it is one of my regular clients that didn't seem to value my time and efforts. Re: keeping me waiting, not having the check ready after a session, asking me to stay while she showers in case her carpet cleaners arrived while in the shower and so on. So, obviously this is one that I am happy to lose. Now I am able to utilize her time slot for clients who were scheduled on days that have been too full.
This fee increase has been a totally positive experience.
