I always try my best to give out proper and accurate info but sometimes communication problems with Nancy messed it up once in a while. That's why I always go down there in person as much as I can to make sure everything is as what she said. It is better I hear from her partner Angela than hearing straight from her.
Sometimes she forgot to tell me what's going on and what changes she has made at her spa. Eliza took a long vacation yesterday and she didn't tell me yet but I found out from Angela last night that Mimi is taking over her spot.
