Reflexology and Trying to Conceive

Thanks Tracey, but it was hard enough find this reflexologist. I live in Sweden, and finding one that a) speaks English and b) offer treatment for fertility was very difficult.

I also don't think I should give up after only 1 session. I'll go back again tomorrow, mention the pain and perhaps ask for a gentler session.

I'll keep you all informed, if you're interested??

Well round 2 was much better, I told her where it hurt and she was much more gentle. Still woking the area, but no quite so focused: working around the ovary and uerus spots and pressin much more lightly on those stops. A couple of times she would forget and build up the pressure, and I would flinch and she would apologies!

I think I even drifted off at one point, it was much more relaxing. She still insists she doesn't want to see me after I have ovulated, so lets see what my temps do over the weekend, if they rise I wont go back until my next cycle (hopefully in 12+ months!) and if not I'll be back next Tuesday.

I would love to be kept up to date with your progress. I'm glad your 2nd session was better and if you managed to relax then that is fantastic.

Remember the therapist is the expert, however you have input as well in terms of depth of pressure during the treatment and well done for telling her.

I understand how frustrating it can be to have a baby. It took me 10 years to have my daughter, but so worth the wait.

Out of interest have you considered your partner also having some sessions or asking your reflexologist what points you could work on his feet to assist.

Just a thought.
