Reiki
In a reiki only session, my hands will go through cycles of "hot" and "not so hot" in each position. When I feel the heat start to let up, it's time to move to a new position. In general, they get hot in each position, although they are definitely hotter when I'm working on areas that need more help.My hands also do get warm when doing self reiki, but do not reach the same level of heat as they do when working on others. The more you do, the clearer a channel you will become and the hotter your hands will get. The heat is a measure of the amount of energy passing through you.Hope that helps,Sally
