This is the same way I approach this. No one has had an issue with it. They understand they are commiting to a regular schedule and respect your time.If they cancel last minute they are still responsible for paying for the massage, if they don't come in within the commitment time frame they are also responsible for paying the regular rate till they are "in standing" again.
