All I can say is this:

1. Your posts were removed due to the manner in which they were written and the ramifications that could come Reviewom it.
2. Due to you being new to the net you obviously had no idea what you were implying going by the first post you made. Hence people, including myself jumping down your throat.
3. You should in the future try and speak without looking like your comin in 'guns a blazing' so to speak.
4. I can't really and prefer not to comment on the website you are talking about here, except to say that they run it how they see fit.
It is there business as this website is my business - contrary to popular believe lol
5. Whether they use lots of different names or what ever that is their decision not mine. I can't go around naming names BUT I can say you were correct (without prejudice) that the site is run partly by a client. Once again that is there choice in how they do it.
6. I can say though that it is not something I would have happen here. But I do see where you are coming Reviewom in regards to maybe a "client" being abit more swayed to some, than what they may be to others perhaps.
I run and own this website on my own, and yes as others have mentioned I used to be a working lady - much to your initial disbelief we are extremely intelligent and capable woman and have survived many an ordeal in more ways than one.
7. I do understand what you were saying in respect to a website like this, being a place where people can say whatever they choose - mostly you will never know exactly who they are though. That’s just the case with being in the public eye I guess. But I think it would be better to know whats being said than not knowing ?
8. Ladies choose where they want to advertise and the gentlemen choose where they want to visit and where they wish to contribute to.
9. This site has always been above board in how it has been run and really I guess that is why it has worked no lies, false names or beating around the bush - good bunch with tough skins our AB crowd LOL.

There was alot more to this than what is here hands on.
I was atcually replying to some pretty full on posts that were posted on here the other night with names and everything included - which I removed.
I have had endless emails and pm's asking what was that all about, so explained as much as I felt I should/could or even wanted to.
I actually think a hell of alot of my clients and I think you missed the point. I never said it was a bad thing babe - I said:
I wouldn't have a client run this site, thats all.
Nothing sinister, underhanded, nasty or anything - I'm sorry I just wouldn't.
As for the names thing there was an issue bought up the other night in regards to names being said here, that I thought shouldn't have been, so yea I removed them.
But yea I do think its wrong, especially when I find that the people are coming into OUR forums and contacting people here in regards to there website under alias names - it's called being underhanded. If I speak I speak as Nikki - period !!

If you kept in touch with our forums or knew the business side of why I am touring to Perth & NT then maybe you might know a little more. Not that it is anything to concern yourself about anyway

please don't take comments made by Brissy Girl etc re clients the wrong way!

I have met some great clients but the thing about this industry is that we aren't selling vacuum cleaners! The service we provide is an intensely personal one and there are quite a few ladies around that I know (including myself) who have had people at times want more Reviewom us than the sex service we provide (emotionally I mean). One of the very first things organisations like SQWISI will tell u is that it's important for wls to have clear boundaries and to stick to them. This protects us and the client.

Sometimes (not often tho) guys do get a bit obsessed with us and they can be quite angry or hurt when they finally realise that we aren't able to give them the emotional commitment that they seek. it's then that a guy might seek to hurt us and a very effective way of doing that is to "out" us.

That's one of the reasons we don't use our real names and it is an unfortunate indictment on society and it's ill informed views of us and the services we provide.

So I guess that's why most ladies (certainly those who work long term over a number of years) try to keep their private lives private. Telling clients too much about yourself can make them think u are "interested" in them etc. The easiest way to do this is simply to have rules for yourself such as not socialising with clients, not telling them your name, not borrowing or lending money, and not going into business with them. You'd be amazed how many guys have offered to bankroll projects i have thought about doing over the years (even without me giving identifying details)! We do meet some very wealthy and influential clients at times.

So while we like and respect clients, generally most ladies choose not to get into situations where they have too much info about us. This is not a comment in anyway about this new web site, just some general info for you to consider.

On a more personal note, I didn't understand the relevance of you asking Nikki about her retirement?? Nikki's plans r her own business. mpterall she was expressing her personal opinion and not attacking anyone so i hope that you can see that in the interests of rational and non personal debate.

Also I am of course only directly speaking for myself here tho I do know quite a lot of other ladies' views.

Reading back through the preceding posts, I can see nothing that was particularly "anti-client".

In her post, Nikki's references to clients are limited to a discussion about clients who are involved in the running of websites similar to this one. There was no reflection on a person's suitiability or otherwise to do so because they are, or have been a client, merely a statement saying that if that is the case, then it's their choice to do so. I have myself been
involved in the operation of several sites/forums and did not take offense at this comment.

Regarding multiple names, I think we're talking about a completely different situation here. It is not unusual for a WL to change names, but whichever name a lady chooses to use, she can always be identified because she needs to advertise and (hopefully) she sees clients.

This is NOT the case with forum memberships. Because we are Reviewee to create any name we desire here, it mpfords forum members a certain degree of anonymity. Most of the time, you will never find out a forum member's identity unless they choose to reveal it. A forum member can be all chuckles and smilies one minute, log off and come back under a different name and launch a scathing attack on someone the next.

Why is it us vs them ?

Us vs them? I don't think so - On the whole, the community here is mutually supportive. The only "us vs them" scenario I can think of was the recent incident in which someone posted a scathing review because the lady involved was not receptive to a situation which in the "outside world" could be described as sexual assault.(And you will find that many of the male members here voiced their support of the lady concerned too.)
