The issue I always here is when reading reviews ESPECIALLY from "fanboys" or "promoters" you go there with certain expectations. And you get disappointed. Yes, I know it is always YMMV.
I am also told that at certain Spas, either on the reviews or during the Spa Ad, on the daily schedule the description of the girls working that day is hyped up.
I am not saying that it is B&S but when you book that girl expecting certain services, you are told, "I do not do that" When asked why - she said the owner/promoter said that to bring in customers and the girl herself was told to refuse that service.
I seldom write reviews - good or bad. I really do not care about the service if I got bad service. It is what it is. Maybe she had a bad day, who cares. I decide if she is worth another visit.
No difference that the Spa itself. Bad facilities, bad attitude. Who needs that. Not need to ask for any justification. You just walk, never look back and never return.
To all MPA's - you only want to service the Brad Pitts of the world. Get real. Your customers come is all shape and sizes. Deal with it.
