I didn't take your comments as meaning that you had a problem with Platinum but rather I was joking that it might pose a problem being so close to Platinum and end up spending money on somebody you had such a bad time with.
The most disappointing thing was that the bad customer service I recieved was from Tia. When I walked in I said I had an appointment with Alexis and she said to me you must be ..... and I said no, I was .... and that I had an appointment at whatever time it was then, I don't remember the time. She said to me you don't have a vip card. I told her that yes I do it is ... and I gave it to her when I made the appointment. She looked down at her appointment book and then looked at me again, said nothing and walked into another room for a minute and I could hear voices talking, she came back out and told me it would be 15 minutes. I could tell by the way she looked at me it would be more than 15 minutes as she thought I was somebody else coming to see Alexis and I knew I would have to wait for that session to end. I knew they had bumped me for somebody else and if she had been honest with me and simply apologized to me all would have been fine.But when she said nothing I politely asked her what the point of making an appointment and having a vip card was. Again nothing so I told her I would go elsewhere.
Anywhere else I have been if there is some kind of screw-up like this some kind of apology or explanation is given and I am fine with that, I am not looking for some kind of freebie. I have never had that kind of problem at Utopia, which is a spa that has a mixed reputation on here. Any time things have been off schedule there they have been apologetic and I have been offered refreshing beverages. I guess my rambling point is that I tend to frequent places that treat me as a valued customer and avoid those that don't.
I also think it says something about a spa's management who allows somebody like Lisa to continue to be so bad as I can't imagine she is generating much repeat business for them.
Sorry hak please don't think I am venting at you I am just venting in general and in keeping with the bad customer service described in the review by TLM.
