I understand what you're trying to say RE: "us and them", and I agree with you in principal.

Like it or not, MPA's and their clients are in a symbiotic relationship, whereby we exchange $$$ for service. This is Business 101 in its most basic form.

Speaking for myself, I certainly don't visit MP's for mileage, coz when I want FS I call an SP where it's not in question.

I see my regular MPA coz I think she's beautiful, enjoy her company and it's like visiting an old friend. It's as simple as that.

... but when I see a NEW MPA that perhaps hasn't been reviewed very often I like to give my brethren an idea of the session, and what it entailed. No, I don't have to get "XXX" rated in order to convey the message, but saying "she's pretty and I had a good time" is fairly pointless.

What I think has worked AGAINST HFH is the fact there aren't enough massageplanet.net reviews of its MPA's. New hobbyists log into massageplanet.net, see a whackload of decent (and multiple) reviews of any SRM MPA and business is driven accordingly.

Postive reviews = $$$$$. This is a statement of fact.

I did several months of research on massageplanet.net before stepping into an MP for the first time a year ago.

I believe having to play "softly, softly" in Woodbridge hasn't done HFH any favours, and the massageplanet.net impression that HFH MPA's are somehow off limits for review has compounded the problem.

Came across this thread a bit late but here is my 2 cents. This has been mentioned so many times before but i just don't like the double standards of massageplanet.net. If a small MP that doesn't advertise on massageplanet.net or whose owner is not in any way known by massageplanet.net owners / moderators, gets mentioned for providing any service that they shouldn't be, even something as common as a body slide, it's OK. BUT, HFH and any other advertiser of massageplanet.net has all the power of getting reviews edited. Who is Kayla to come out and say "I don't allow certain kind of reviews". Whatever happened to this "public forum" ? If there are rules then why dont the moderators look out for the small MPs the way they look out for the big names? Oops, stupid me, I guess its all part of business, the more smaller MPs close down, the more business for the big ones.

Not sure if you guys are taking me for real or not, but when I get a phone call.. from the city of Vaughan.. telling me.. 'If I read another review about one of your girls giving a BS which I know is a body slide or giving a release Kayla, I will shut you down. I've warned you, the next time we talk about this I will pull your license for 10 days.' ... I'm sorry... but I'm not going to allow reviews with details.

What affected my business was the ID thing. I still do the same numbers as last year and the year before. But I don't have the relationship with the guys that I used to have nor the communication. That I am correcting

I have only advertised on massageplanet.net twice in 5 years so I don't think I would be considered an 'advertiser'.

Have they asked the board owners or reviewers to please be careful of what they post if their area does not allow body slides or nude reverses?

Moderators.... if someone sends you a message asking for a post to be removed or edited.... will you only do this for HFH or massageplanet.net advertisors?

If someone posts a review about getting a Bodyslide from SRM... its legal because Brampton allows nudity.

If someone posts about getting a nude reverse at Allure .. it's legal because mississauga allows everything but the body slide.

Vaughan does not... unfortunately.

I've always respected you as a poster Sarg... but to suggest that HFH gets favoritism over anyone else is a little over the top

Once again. SRM is in Mississauga. The are legally allowed to perform and advertise nude reverses, etc. They have longer operating hours, many things are different.

Do you believe that it was my choice to have reviews taken off of the boards? HFH is not entirely driven by massageplanet.net but a large majority of it is because that is where I began the business. Most, if not all, of the clients that we get at HFH is repeat clientelle and word of mouth. I blame myself for the most part in regards to the loss of communication between the clientelle and I. I had things going on in my personal life that took me in a different direction unfortunately.

When your place is in the spotlight, the way that HFH used to be, it brings trouble, jealousy, animosity, high expectations and it puts pressure on everyone involved. I backed off quite a bit when things became too political - things that I would say or do was twisted into fiction such as, 'HFH banner is on massageplanet.net again, business must be slow.' We were still doing 40-50 clients in a 12 hour shift, but people would find anything to pick about. verybadboy .. you and a few others know exactly what I'm talking about because look at the shit that was posted on other boards by people using multiple handles. There's a bad and a good to it... here is one prime example:

Mrs. X. has a client waiting for a while on the couch before she gets to him. She is late getting to him cause her client in the room is taking a little longer than expected. When she takes client 2 in the room, at the end of the session, she tries to make it up to him and gives him a bit of a break on the fee. Next thing you know, we got clients coming in here saying, 'but it's only this much for that.. that's what I was charged before... ' He doesn't say.. 'the girl only charged me that much to try to make up for being late.. '... now I got girl's coming in here saying, 'this last client thinks that the price is this... ' and guys leaving ... leaving short money on the table... etc.

I don't practice business as SRM because I have always and still do disagree with the girl's knowing who the reviewers are or are not. Every spa does things differently INDN_LOVER.. what works for them. So... be honest... the girl's that you review.. do they know who you are are.. do they know that you are INDN_LOVER on massageplanet.net? This is the politics that I am talking about

I totally understand your concern about posting explicit reviews, and it most often happens with newbies or individuals who have not read the sticky section, and therefore are not aware on how much detail they should be posting. You do have a business to run, but on top of that, have to keep an eye on massageplanet.net about what is posted about your spa.

I like writing reviews, but when I have to do one on HFH, there's very little fun to be had because I feel my hands are tied behind my back. Still, I try to keep it as entertaining as possible. When one of the MPA's at HFH shows me a great time, the restrictions in place prevent me from doing any justice to the girl or your spa with my words. But when writing a review on one of the MPA's at Allure or SRM, I'm like a kid at the candy store since the by-laws are not as strict. I've gotten several PM's asking me whether Allure or SRM MPA's are better than HFH girls after those members have read some of my reviews. I then have to explain to them the logic behind the whole process. It's a pain in the butt, but I guess Vaughan by-laws are not likely to change anytime soon in the near future.

Yep, the ID thing really blows !!! For the moments when that process is happening, I feel like I'm at the doctor's office providing info. I'm learning to live with though, but I could see it affecting the business-client relationship. Just seems like an unnecessary step, but again, those damn by-laws !!!

Kayla, my post sounded a little harsh, especially when I wrote "who is kayla" even though i remember reading "i don't allow reviews" somewhere in your post (too lazy to go back and quote).That wasn't my intention but you have to admit that favouritism does happen on massageplanet.net. You and Paul are two of the most active posters and owners' of 2 of the most succesfull MPs out there. You will notice I only reply to arrogant sounding posts. Like Paul on another thread about Tarah when he said something like, "our rules are our rules and we don't change them for no one". The only certain thing in life, as they say is death, the rest is just a lot of hot air.

As massageplanet.net's longest serving Moderator, I've tried to treat all the MP's with the same level of treatment. If reviews are a little too explicit they get toned down regardless of whether they are an advertiser or not.

We have special cases to watch out for... mention of nudity or explicit comments in Vaughan, mention of body slides in Mississauga. Doesnt matter if they are an advertiser or not. They get pruned. Most of the time the reviewer is informed that such activities are illegal in that city or town. Or they are ask to try and be alittle more discrete with their comments.

Sometimes I have to deal with "competitors" that try to slander other MP's by posting about something illegal. It's a balancing act and we dont always catch every reference that may or may not lead to problems.

Vaughan is a special case because LE there tends to act on what they see here on the boards.

KAYLA: Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying you're thrilled about the Vaughn bylaws. I'm merely pointing out that HFH is unable to use massageplanet.net to its MAXIMUM potential which is a marketing tool.

Positive and multiple reviews = traffic = repeat business = $$$$$$

YES: Joy, Anita & the SRM MPA's know who I am. In fact, my first name is very similar to my handle ! LOL

When I was young, naive and new to the hobby I told a couple of MPA's and word spread quickly. I thought about posting my SRM reviews under a different handle, but then I thought:

"Why the fuck should I ??? "

I'm a respectful, articulate, decent client who usually pays for 1 hour sessions. I never push for extras and let the MPA guide the session. I've got enough experience now to separate the hustlers from the MPA's interested in earning my business and trust.

Therefore I only post under ONE handle and both I and the MPA live with the consequences....

I understood that you meant no harm to it Sarg.. it's hard to explain but I respect the fact that you speak your mind honestly and I could hear your tone as you wrote it.

I don't really look at it as favouritism in my case because as I said.. I'm not a paid advertiser... and if there was favouritism towards me.. it was shown in the fashion of allowing me the request to have no reviews because it was factual that I was going to be closed down because of them. If anything, I think I, personally, have had more of my posts deleted due to the controversy they create... lol.

I don't many others taking the time to express how they really feel or think .. instead most are leaving people to find out the hard way or find out for themselves. Isn't a public forum supposed to be to 'help' others, lend your ideas and give examples from your own personal experiences?



When you own your own business... and a person chooses to be employed by you... they then make that choice to follow the rules set in place. From the deffinition that I found of arrogant.. I guess it would be arrogant of an employee to think that the rules should be changed because of them.

But that's a topic I don't wish to discuss any further.

i think the main issue which is Jazz's original question has been answered. I also as Jazz did believed that reviews of all sorts would be deleted. I think many massageplanet.net posters did since the reviews related to HFH ladies have been rather limited since the confusing edict was issued a while back. So with that in mind, lets have some reviews of the ladies with particular emphasis on the new ones. I have to tell you though Kayla, speaking strictly for myself, the lack of reviews has seriously limited the money i would spend at your place since I'm not about to randomly try every new lady to determine her suitablity as a replacement to some of my favorite departed HFH ladies. I know, i know, I represent a sample of one, but i can't imagine that I'm the only one like this.

I tend to disagree with that... because when a girl has too many good reviews it has made some leary and in the case of the infamous Cameron, it created extremely high expectations because many of her reviews involved too much emotion at times. Ladies are human, they make mistakes. I would take an honest review - good or bad - over just a good review. A girl as well as the establishment can learn from both.

As far as traffic, I know it's hard to believe, but HFH does about 9 gigs a month of traffic and most of the clients, if not 90% of them, are repeat clientelle. You spoke earlier about how a post of a new girl for SRM has over 1000 views - so do most posts involving HFH, however, they aren't reviews. If the lack of reviews on massageplanet.net dictated my business - and that's where I got all of my business - I guess I would have gone bankrupt by now.. no? I know I lost a few of our regular client's online here probably from my neglect, but as I said, that's my wrong doing that I intend to correct.

Back in the day, there was a time when reviewers kept their handles to themselves which meant that they would have room to review honestly.. good or bad.. without feeling the blunt of it from their favorite MPA. I guess I'm not up with the times.. lol

Don't get me wrong, I am not for expicit reviews anyways, but I have a problem with you not "allowing" (or NOT in this case) certain kind of reviews. Now if it was a moderator that said "not allowed" I am OK with that. see what I mean??

And to think that you guys would have gotten tired of reading about HFH.. lol. It's been hard Mac... hard changes in my bylaw in the past few years. Fuck.. I had to close down for the beginning of January 2003 cause they wanted me to install a handicap washroom in a unit that was located in a strip plaza that was not handicap accessable. If you only knew. But I figure it this way... we survived.. no reviews.. having to ask for ID... no nudity, etc, ... shit I can't even put pics up of my girl's in g-strings.. no advertising allowed hardly.. etc.. and we still keep busy sheerly by word of mouth alone.. then we have to be doing something right.. lol *S*
