Before she stopped working because of the covid plandemic, I had an RMT that also did acupuncture, cupping, and scraping for me. She worked at a clinic and told me she receives $30 out of the $80 the owner gets from my insurance company. I would always tip her $10 because her treatments made me feel better and allowed me to not only take less pain meds but also sleep better. You might be right, but I like to stick to low mileage at an MP right now.
But some of the better MPA's are good at showing you a better time. Chemistry has something to do with it, but even without chemistry, I have met MPA's who still try to give me the best experience possible, without the reminder of any transaction.

I would say that the MPAs that are always booked and have regulars have figured this out. This goes way passed mileage. I would say this isn’t even GFE as that has a comfort vibe. This is a chemistry that the MPA creates for us to have a good session. They’re the source of the electricity but the fantasy is that there is real chemistry.

Other times is a pure transaction that feels that way.

Agree. This has nothing to do with mileage.
Based on my readings of reviews here, I find that the itemized price list comes out with the inquiry of higher mileage.
IF you ask for a menu, then they have no choice but to list you the menu items.

Sorry, she asked me not to tell anyone about her "extras" as not only would the clinic fire her, she could lose her license. And the clinic only deals in MVAs.

I've had a couple of people PM me for her contact information as well. It's sad how few really caring therapists are out there and how the licensing bodies consider the penis (and vagina as well as nipples on men and women) as dirty/immoral to touch. I used to give massages for women and took a training course, not RMT though, and EVERY woman had me massage their breasts and not one asked me to avoid their nipples, which the Canadian licensing bodies all forbid.

I am also still looking for a MPA that can give a decent massage but will get nude and allow some touching occasionally. But because of my MVAs, I've been to multiple scores of therapists including RMT, physio, chiro, acupuncture, cupping, MD, and other medical professionals who all do a mediocre at best job. I went to see some old jew orthopedic surgeon at Mount Sinai hospital with my spine fractured in three places and I was horrified by my x-rays, but that piece of shit wrote a report for the insurance company stating that he couldn't find anything wrong!!!!! The lack of proper healthcare in Canada is astonishing!

When I was in a Beijing hospital a few years ago, I saw an MD that did cupping, adjusted my spine and gave me a massage over 90 minutes and the cost was under $50 CDN and I felt great. A pain specialist MD in Toronto told me that it's okay for me to take morphine for the rest of my life. I guess that's easier and especially cheaper for the shyster insurance companies.

But if you want a good therapist that can do acupuncture, massage and do prostate massage, I recommend Azita (azitaadraei@yahoo.com),
I used to see her but she is very professional/clinical including during the HJ and certainly not erotic/sensual. But if you just need the therapy, she's pretty good and not bad to look at either. I think she offers cupping too.

Since you could easily tell from your own X-ray your back was broken in three places and yet the doctor told your insurance company everything was fine this was clearly yet just another example of an evil Jew out to get you... they are truly everywhere!! No doubt a lifetime of heavy narcotic use is infinitely preferable to dealing with Jewish insurance companies.

Rather unfortunate the "multiple scores" of therapists weren't of much help either. Pretty much the worst healthcare on the planet here in Canada. Hopefully everything will be much better though in the country you're going to next.
