Yea, some Gay men in particular go a bit mad over it... they put all kinds of things up there... anal fisting is just unbelievable, but it goes on! But just good old fashioned anal sex if fine and doesn't cause tearing so long as you are good at it and know what positions to use and so on.

Also, if you allow big stuff up there too often then you just end up lose and flappy... same as a bucket fanny really. I do a lot of pelvic floor exercises to keep mine nice and tight, so it feels good for even the smallest willy.

I must say, I've never yet come across one that was uncomfortably large although sometimes with the fattest ones you need to be a bit controlled on entry! It's hard to get it in your mouth sometimes if it is too thick (some are just far to big to DT) but it will always slip up yer bum!

And funnily enough, you say it is designed to go in a fanny, but it also fits perfectly into a well lubed bottom. Much better than any toy... slips in more easily, feels much, much nicer and doesn't hurt when it gets pulled out (which some toys can).
