Superduper I fully agree, Ive seen loads of young dudes under 30 never picking up Jgals in Roppongi, most by far most get nothing because there is too much competition the jgals can pick and choose. Tokyo has many Gaijin residents, few speak passable Japanese and a surprising number speak none at all. Roppongi is the foreigner area of Tokyo where english speaking Jgirls go, but many dont go to get laid, just practice theirenglish tease gaijin with sexy talk and then go home on the first morning train with their friends. Gaijin flock to roppongi because if you dont speak Japanese most Japanese clubs are too difficult to get chicks so there are so many gaijin in what is only a very small area with relatively few clubs.
However look more closely and certain guys certain types have jgals lining up to talk to them.Ive been to Roppongi with 2 young mates in their 30s who had never been there before. No Jgal would talk to me but were literally lining up to talk to my mates who looked about 19 and were small boyish types, Jgals like "kawaii" dudes which roughly translates as cute. The type you are is very important in Japan. As you will read in earlier posts I wrote jgals prefer different types ofdudes to western women.In Oz chicks like large muscled singlet wearing tatooed bricklayer types generally prefering them (for casual sex) to the skinny computer nerd. In Japan the opposite applies. Most Jgals would be terrified of a large singlet wearing tatooed chap but like a well dressed computer geek who looks like he has a few bucks. Never admit to being broke or poor in Japan or anywhere else in Asia.

Well, I have managed to go to Roppongi quite few times and I never saw a boy pick up one J-girl.
There were boys of 20, 22, 25, 28, 33, 35 and over, but I have never seen girls over around them
Maybe we have gone to different clubs!!

The best place in Roppongi is Heartland near Roppongi towers. I met a Japanese chick there 2 weeks ago and after a few drinks and meal, we went back to her place for the night. There are always hotties at Heartland, and the beer is only 500 yen.

Im inclined to agree, Roppongi can be pick up city if you are under 30 and the type jgirls go for, if you are like me, big, loud, talkative, older and always ready to stand your ground Roppongi is a waste of time. Jgirls definately prefer the type of Gaijin we here in Oz call "a white haired boy".

Roppongi is the shithole of Tokyo.
Your better off going to the english or irish pubs scattered around tokyo and pick up for free.
It is easy, trust me.
I like the red lion at shinjuku.
Its oposite the mitsukoshi dept store.

Just went to Roppongi last weekend ( both Sat and Sunday night, until 5 a.m. ) and things are much more different from what it is described here and in other forums
Roppongi is often described as a sex heaven, where gaijin get into a club, after 30 minutes or so chat with a nice lady ( girl ) and, after a while, he gets laid
Things in my experience are much more different
I first went to GasPanic, which is described as the place where gaijin usually get laid so easily
It was full of Americans, mostly alone, and the few decent Japanese girls around there were not alone ( that is, with the boy )
I have not seen a single Japanese girl approach any gaijin, not me not any other
Same story in the other GasPanic ( there are two of them ) and in other clubs
I saw many gaijins there, most of them were also with Jap girls, but only the ones which entered in the club with the girl went also out wth the girl
I saw no Japanese girl approach any gaijin there
So, I do not know where all the people who in this forum speak about easy sex in Roppongi have been, but I have the suspect that they have greatly exaggereted how things are
