This place has gone downhill rapidly with new ownership. The old owner often went out of her way to ensure you were a happy customer... asking for feedback... introducing you to new attendants. Happy customers are repeat customers. I used to visit regularly. Not anymore.or not trusting. the mpas think their customers will be skipping out on paying the tips after the session
The new ownership doesnโt seem to understand that customer satisfaction in this service-oriented business is key. There are way better choices in the area where the owners and attendants get this.
The PM you got and shared here is the nail in the coffin. I wonโt be back anytime soon.
