Good advice. The less said the better. And yes, if they're gonna bust you, they're gonna bust you. First time it happen to me, I said I was there just for a massage, and anything else that went on was a total shock to me ! Needless to say, they gave me that look that said - yeah, sure you were here for just a massage ! Fortunately I was let off with a warning.

I witnessed one once. They had zero interest in me, but I wasn't in the room when it went down. That may or may not make a difference. Generally speaking, the cops aren't interested in us.

I called when I was outside the place and a woman answered who did NOT have an accent. I should have known better, but I was young and inexperienced. She told me the place was closed. I said, who are you? Where's Suki? (owner) She said, oh you know Suki? Then come on in.

Turns out, she wasn't there and they were looking for her. They were tipped off. I heard later she believed the former owner had it in for her. Who knows?

Anyway, I walk in to a full bust with all the girls in handcuffs. Detective asked me how I know Suki. I said I just talked to her a few times. He glanced at my ID, didn't write anything down and tells me to get out. Place was up and running again in a couple of days.

Basically, the cops don't care about the customers. I suppose if they catch you in the act they can bring you in if they feel like it, but I wouldn't worry too much. Every once in a while, cops do a sting of Johns (though I can't remember of one in NY), but an AMP bust isn't that.

As for advice, the usual. Admit nothing. Say you were just there visiting your gf and you are not a customer. If they're gonna arrest you, it doesn't matter what you say. The less the better. If you can afford a good criminal lawyer he can get an ACD for you or an out right dismissal. In any case, nothing more than a misdemeanor and a fine. It's rare that your name will be publicized, especially if the bust is in Manhattan.

I'm relatively new to the hobby, so just in case I ever find myself caught at a KMP during a bust, does anyone have any advice on what I should do? I'm pretty terrified of being caught, as if my employer ever found out, I'd be completely screwed
