So I've recently been going to Serene/Sunshine over at Leslie and Hwy 7 for a while now. These two spas are next door to each other, have the same owner and the girls move freely between either spa. For the semi-legit guys out there, I would recommend this place. The facilities are nice, every room I've been to so far has a nice sized walk-in shower where you can actually have a relaxing shower in comfort. Some of the rooms even have a fireplace, which are of no use in the summer, but would be very cool to have on during the colder months.

I have seen many girls there in passing and on the whole they seem slightly younger than most asian milf places. By that I mean girls in their 30's and early 40's, you won't find many hot, younger chicks at this place. Having said this, I did see a couple of very pretty ladies there but I've never tried them and don't know their names. The girl I normally see is Grace. In terms of appearance, knowing that everyone has different tastes, to "me" she is attractive. Initially I thought she might be in her late 30's but now I'm thinking early 40's. I'll quickly summarize the pro's and con's so that you can decide whether she's worth a visit from you or not.

Cons:

• Quite restrictive - she will expose her breasts but don't expect much kitty play (outside touching is ok)
• If you like big breasts and nipples, you will be disappointed
• I've heard she likes money but that's never been my experience and she's never brought up tips with me (not even on the first visit). I just pay her market prices and she seems very content with that (so maybe this is actually a pro instead)
• Her English sucks and you won't be able to carry on a conversation with her
• Very limited teasing

Pros:

• Attractive, nice pleasant look
• She gives an excellent near RMT level massage, easily on par with the top rated places here (like E&M); probably in top 3 for me in terms of the actual massage; she does a really good job on the glutes (i.e. ass) and will work out any knots you have there
• She's very friendly and playful, always smiling and joking around. I don't speak Mandarin but for those of you that do, I think you could risk falling for this chick
• Nice, slow, unrushed and sensual HE

In summary, for a low mileage experience with a great massage and a bit of kissing, I think Grace is one of the better options out there.

I've been there many times over the years. Access to skin varies from girl to girl. I've had a massage from the boss before. She does not have big boobs.

She wants to make people comfortable by wearing a mask, not so much to protect herself. A few Chinese in my work have put up a mask because they found people tried to keep a distance from them due to concern of the recent outbreaks of Wuhan virus.
