My neighbor acoss the street from me was shaken down last week. The cops only got about 44 pesos from him.

1ho... you have no idea how Homeland Security treats us Mexicans that want to drive further than the 20 mile marker into the US and need a permit.
As close as animals as possible... and yet we keep on returning.
I admit, no hassle and no bribes asked, but tell me, would you tell an American inspector of Homeland Security time and time again how much you make per year and back it up with bank statements, for them to keep????

The TJ Cops are shaking down returning tourist again. I witnessed a punter get shaken down Friday night-he said they took about $700 off him! There is a tall senior cop at the taxi dropoff that looks like Ricardo Montaban- can anyone ID him by name for a letter to the Mayor? Saturday night on the alley I saw a Mexicano who was stopped by TJ's finest and attempted the "hold my $$$ in my hand" durring a search...the cops did not respond very positively. He was soon on the way to the Policia Cassetta near by, accompanied by 3 pigs. A junk car broke down on the alley and needed to b towed causing a SIG allert on the alley. Fishing was slow...many SG's gone and even AB was not that good of a ratio-conditions may improve with he comming FULL MOON! I tried to buy an ice cream cone in package at that last store at the border= $2.15- I said no gracias. Please do not pay US price for anything in Mexico-I won"t. If US cops treated the Mexican's "visiting" te US like the Mexican police treat amercans- the US wouldnt have a immigration issue.
