The rule of thumb is only pay 100 RMB to the mamasan. Rest of the negotiated amount goes to the girl. For LT negotiate with the girl directly
after. She is not likely to call the mamasan. They are all independents.

The best thing would to take the girl back to your room for short time, if the girl is nice and performs well then I would ask her then if it would be OK to keep her all night. Once she agrees, she will then call her mamason. You can just give the money to the girl the next day.

If she does not perform well, then just send her on her way and you can then go out and find another girl.

Never decide to take the girl for a long time without testing her first. I have heard so many stories where the girl was great before you pick her, then after she gets to your room, you will find that she does not want to do anything.

Sometimes, its not like i have a choice. Like recently, I HAD to bring my American clients to the KTV as they into that sort of thing. I got skinned alive paying RMB2500 a girl for my client for the night.

And this is a very reputable nightclub with branches overseas as well. Just want to know how to maximise the money with these places the next time, if there will be a next time.

Unless you have a lot of money to spend on KTV, I would pass it by. The girls are pretty since they dress nice. It would cost you around 300rmb just to have a girl sit next to you and to talk to you. Then there is the additional fee of the room, the DJ plus the tip for the mamason and the servers.

The Chinese guys usually take their clients to KTV in order to impress them with the amount of money they are spending on their client. In China, the more money you spend on the client, the better chance you have in closing the deal. Then if you want to take the girl out, it would cost you additional 3-400 rmb for a short time, much higher for long time. Then you will find out that the girl is usually just a dead fish in bed since she already have gotten her money therefore no real reason to give better performance. The girls also know for the money you are paying, the chance of you coming back to her is about 0.

Just to give you a ball park price, for a party of 4 (not counting the girls) it will probably cost you around 3000rmb for 1 night, this is not including you guys taking the girls back to your room and assuming that you are not drinking like a fish. However fees of around 5000rmb is not uncommon.

Unless you really want to impress someone, I would just give KTV a pass.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. My stay at the 7 days inn has been pleasant and i've been given all the standard towels without ever requesting for it.

I will need some time to digest and understand the directions but they are very much appreciated.

Any ideas on the KTVs that i was asking about? Just want to know my options when i have people to entertain. Besides, if they are not too expensive and i have the night to burn away with friends, why not go for the KTVs?

I have stayed at a 7 days in hotel before. They are a big chain hotel with over 330 hotels all over China. They are new however pretty bare. They don't even give you a wash towel unless you request it.

For Seibu, just walk from your hotel in Dongmen to the major intersection. You will see a KFC at the corner. Walk pass the intersection and you will see another traffic light where you will see Ponlian (spelling) hotel on your right and Sunshine Hotel across the street. They are both 5 star hotels. Cross the street so that you are walking away from both Ponlain and Sunshine hotel. You will see Seibu store right in front of you. Go down the street where you will see a lot of restaurants on your left. Stay on the left side of the street and you will come to an alley with a bar that will block cars and bikes from entering. You will see a bunch of hair cut place, they are not P4P however in the small alley's on your right (there are 6 of them however only 5 alley have BBS that are P4P. You can't miss them since the girls will be calling out to you. You pay 150rmb for on site and 200rmb to take them back to your hotel. I recommend taking them back to your hotel for the extra 50rmb since you can have a nice shower with the girl and take your time with her. You will be rushed in their room which is small and dirty.

For the breast massage, again go to the corner of the traffic light with KFC on your left. This is Shennan Road East, go across the street so that the KFC is on your left and walk toward the next traffic light. Right before you get to the traffic, you will see a bus stop on your left and 2 massages on your right. The first one is on the 3rd floor and the next one is on the 2nd floor. The breast massage is 198rmb for 90 minutes. The one on the 2nd floor has a shower in the same room as a massage bed. The other one on the 3rd floor does not. Try both and see which one you like better. If you don't like the first girl they send then they will bring you others for you to select. The first girl they send is just the next girl on the list and they have to send her first but if you turn her down, then they are free to recommend other girls rather than lose out on a customer. They do offer full service but I would not recommend it since they are twice the price of the BBS girls.

My room only costs RMB189 per night and its a great room and service. The hotel does not look like anything on the outside but the rooms are pretty nice and has free internet too.

The hotel is 7 Days Inn and is right opposite of Lee Garden Hotel and a crossroads.

Seems like everything is still the same price. I've heard of Seibu mentioned a lot. How is this written in Chinese? I do not know how to pronounce this word.

I'd like to try the massage service where they use the boobs to give a happy ending. Have you tried this?

RMB200 to get one shot at my own room sounds great. A little bit of effort is needed to travel to the place it seems. Safe enough to go alone?

Any nice KTV to recommend where the girls are cheaper? I went to a very premium KTV and had to pay RMB2500 for a girl to spend one night with my very big Caucasian customer. Of course, this was not paid from my pocket directly and was claimable.

How much are you paying for your hotel at dongmen? I normally stay at Jing Peng Hotel which is right off the main road and is 2 traffic light from Dongmen. It cost about 300rmb per night and is girl friendly. The rooms are big and nice. The best part is that there is a back door where you can come in from a side street, and get to the elevator without going through the lobby. Let me know if you want their phone number. You might even get a better price is you stay there longer. The 300rmb price is for the nice room on floor 11-16 with free in room wi-fy.

If you speak Chinese, you should not no problem finding girls. Both your Dongmen and Jing Peng hotel should be about a 5 minute walk to Seibu where there is a lot of BBS that you can do the girls on site for 150rmb or take them back to your room for 200rmb.

Just to let the newbies know that just about all the massage places that offer the Hong Kong massage which is usually 128-138rmb includes a handjob at the end. The procedure is that you get an oily massage for the first hour then a handjob at the 2nd 30 minutes. The 2 hours massage is only 90 minutes. No tip is expected however is appreciated. The tip should be around 20rmb.

I have been going to 3 different massage places since my regular girl left SZ to get married and it was just too difficult to train another one. It was just easier, fun to lie there and have the girl do everything. I choose the Hong Kong Massage at all 3 different massage and it is all the same treatment with HJ at the end.

I also tried breast massage at 198rmb at 1 massage place, it was OK but I don't think it was that much more fun than the HK massage.

I know that you can get HJ for 40rmb however it is usually just a quicky, with the HK massage, you are paying 86rmb more however you do get an hour of oily massage prior to the HJ which I think is worth it.

I'm a newbie to Shenzhen. Been there twice and after reading this thread, i realised i made many mistakes in SZ and paid dearly too.

I expect to be there frequently from now on but will probably have to wait till the whole swine flu fiasco to be over for my next trip.

The first few pages of these thread has valuable information. I'd like to know how these has changed since the last few years? Prices still the same? Locations unchanged?

Is it time for an updated guide for us newbs to SZ? Anyone willing to do this would help a lot.

I speak fluent mandarin/ cantonese and look pretty much like a local too. I usually stay in a retail hotel (cheap and good) in Dongmen. What can someone like me do to have a good time? I'm looking to get girls to my room. Do they come to retail budget hotels? The rooms are very good actually. What are the guidelines i should follow?

Can anyone also explain the various types of massage jargons and guidelines if we are into the special service type?
