I wear Doc Martens slides. They are not clunky on the wooden floors of the salon, and they are more comfortable than slippers. I kick them off during massages, and they are easy to get in and out of.

This may be off-topic a little, but our massage instructor was fanatical about not massaging barefoot. We were not allowed and she recommended that we always wear shoes..... shoes with really good support. For better grounding? Probably, though she never really said.Drema
