I have a client who complains of bilateral sacroiliac pain that radiates up to the 12th rib and down to glute med and some of piriformis..Walking for any certain period of time is painful. She gets sharp pains if she bends over (90 degrees) and then back up again.. then she gets the quick sharp pain. She says when she wears those low rider jeans it helps (I am thinking kind of a brace) and then she takes them off and she hurts bad.I am thinking QL, SI ligaments, Lumbar ligaments, glutes, and psoas/iliospoas.what do you think?thankskearse
