After reading some posts on this thread I think I must comment on some misconception.

There are more reasons than racist or cop-phobia that some asian MPAs that do not serve non-asians. Some reasons were mention in another thread. Another reason is simple, they do not have the language competency(I know 1 case at least). Sure you may say how much language competency do you need to understand "NR" or "BS" or "FS". It is difficult to understand unless your mother tongue is not English. I don't understand it completely either but empathize with that.

On the other hand there are also asians MPA that do not serve asian clients for, again, for a variety of reasons. In fact I know a white MPA that do not give the same service to non-white clients too. So nobody really get the better edge.

Also, some asian likes blacks. They think they are cool (black music, B-ball, attire etc). At a deeper level I think asians and blacks are both traditional minority so they can identify more with each others.

What I want to say it let's not over blown issues that only a few hold extreme views. Let them just rot away in they little fantasy land. Let celebrate how wonderful we have it here in Canada. Where will you find another city where you can sample white, black, asian, spanish, indians, european, polynesian etc peacefully all in one place.
