i don't know jasmine and i don't know datyman but i find myself in agreement with the SP in this diff of opinion. J's response has a definitive ring of truth to it that d'mans doesn't, esp when you consider his only other review contribution to this board:

the other Q that came up, re: how long is a regular session, it seems to me J made it pretty clear that it was 1/2 hr or 1 sog, whichever kums first.

While still supporting Jasmine, I must note that IMHO she did make the first mistake, by her own admission: She let him in the door. If we as pooners agree in advance about a price, we should stick to it. Datyman tried to get a reduction and she should have turned him around immediately.

Now, regarding the "pimp". By Datyman's own admission, the guy was not very big. Why would a hot girl like her have a small guy for protection? He probably was the next customer, and Datyman only assumed he was the "enforcer". Not likely.

Now regarding the likely premature ejaculation, I suspect there is hardly a pooner who has not had this happen to him. Few will admit to it, but it happens. I would hazard a guess that if many of the ladies were able to tell their stories, they could tell of many such occurrances. But, for one of them to do this would be economic suicide beacuse what guy would want to see someone who might reveal their inadequacies. Since, by his own description, Jasmine was "hot", this is likely what happened to him. Nothing to be ashamed of.

I remember the time it happened to me in Vancouver. It was a long anticipated visit with a popular lady, and after having agreed to a price for FS, she proceeded to get me off before I could turn over. Turns out, it was the best thing that ever happened to me in this hobby. Because of what happened I learned what a kind of decent, caring lady she was, and more honest than you would ever expect to find in the business. She insisted on taking only 1/3 of the agreed upon price, even after I insisted it was not her fault. But, in the end it was a smart business move by her because I have returned to see her more than a dozen times, so she got her money in the long run.

well.. always 2 side to a story. Not going to take either side, but if another similar review is done by a different person than all of us can pretty much know who's side of the story is true. Another thing is, the next date shouldnt be utilized in this matter as a form as intimidation which is often viewed by some. Nevertheless, the truth always comes out.

well, my opinion towards this was in the middle, but after reading Jasmine's side and also agrees with SFMIKE, i'm leaning towards Jasmine.

You have built up quite a bit of trust on this board, so you might be the likely candidate to cast the deciding vote. I know that I have been aided by some of your recent reviews, as, I am sure, others have also used your information to their great advantage.

You know, I would cheerfully TOFTT, but it is a long walk from here for me. If the issue remains in doubt I will do the honors next time I am there, but that is still a bit into the future.

If not you, I hope someone will do the honors as she might at least be deserving of this chance. Two sides to every story.

I agree with big daddy here, as I have said many times over the years, the truth will come out in the reviews. I also agree with SFMike that you never haggle with the SP after you get there. If you are going to haggle, do it on the phone because once you get to the door it is understood that the deal has been made.

My own comments are that I would never pay $120 for a HJ and I always insist on a set amout of time rather than 30 minutes or SOG whichever comes first. Not because I have a problem, because I don't, but because I find that SP's that say your time is up after the SOG tend to rush to the finale where as if she knows your there for a set time she will relax and use the time allotted.

well.. I am not a big fan of just a hj, but I do see a post who seems to be Jasmine offering fs for a higher amount, if so, I will TOFTT and give you guys a report back. I dont like the haggle because haggling only means a down grade on what the possibilities the ladies might openly provide. So whatever price she's advertising, I'll stick with it and do a TOFTT.

I just joined up and thought I'd first say hi. After reading some posts and getting familiar with this site I am aware and prepared for anyone questioning who I am or if i'm "shillin" or whatever the case.... i chose this thread to make my grand enterance for a few reasons. 1) Datyman has been a member since 02' and Sinfuljasmine just joined. Just as I. And almost everyone has backed up Sinfuljasmine? Yes, Datyman 'may' have stirred it up a bit and could have been more.... 'professional' about the whole transaction. but, i have a few concerns and questions with sinfuljasmine's response (to which she is entitled) . Firstly, being in the industry that your in, why would you continue to service a 'problem customer'? You clearly knew that things started off on the wrong foot and you knowingly went through with it? and 'apparently' put yourself in the "uncomfortable" situation that you did? secondly, you indicated in your response that your next "regular" showed up at your door for his session early and knocked on your door. hmmmmm, from my understanding, your in a pretty highend building. How did your client show up at your door? Did you buzz him in? How did he get to your floor if he just showed up unannounced? Was he even your next "regular" or someone else? thirdly, you just created an account on eforum.xxx but, on your ad's on cl there is a website link 'sinfulifentertainment' (that isn't there anymore?) and funny enough, there's a member on eforum.xxx by 'Sinfulife' that dates back a few years with only one post?? The owner of that link that used to be on your cl advertisements is definetly not female (i know a few things about computers). I'm just wondering if he was your socalled "regular" that gave datyman a hard time? hmmmm.

I know I'm not established at this site. I know there are going to be a few that think i'm datyman. I know some might think i'm even sinfuljasmine and using this as some sort of 'publicity stunt'. And honestly, i couldn't care less. What I am trying to do is raise the awareness of safety for my fellow pooners (i think thats the right lingo) of a new sp that might have her pimp in the room with the closed door? Well, hopefully i'm welcomed to the board instead of the opposite but, if not. Safe pooning....

well the funny thing about this fun community is, it doesnt matter if you are shilling.. a pooner or a sp.. B/S'ing doesnt get one really far especiallly if you are the sp. I think this has already been noted in the pooning history of the obvious ripoffs. One bad review might be questionable, but a second or third bad review... it's the end of the road.
