Wow... This's an intriguing question. Sara = Sarah. It's actually just a difference in spelling – she's the same girl.
Sarah hasn't been in Leslie & HWY 7 area for quite some time, and she's been working almost exclusively for Shangri-la. She did work briefly at Suko under the name Coco.
Definitely worth giving Sarah a try, especially since she's well known for being a master of table shower.
