Smoking

It`s so true about fart stink. A club near me has already banned smoking. You are aware of the smells of cleaning products (eg bleach), cheap perfume, b.o, old cooking smells and stale beer.

Someone farted, and it cut through the air like a knife. We had to leave and go to a smoking pub where the smells are thankfully muffled by burnt sweet virginia leaf.

I know the no smoking clan get upset breathing other peoples smoke and fair enough. But smokers have rights just like everyone else. Yes it is my decision to smoke but was it not my logical decision to start smoking at the age of 6 or 7 because I wanted to be like my father. I was proud of him and wanted to be just like him. Dad was Airforce here in Australia as well and they all mostly smoked and with all the tv commercials promoting it in the 60's and 70's it was the thing to do. Its a bit late when your 43 and hopelessly addicted to them to start banning me from smoking in public places. By that I mean outdoor public places. I am totaly happy to smoke outside my work establishment, bars, restaurants etc. I don't even smoke in the car that I drive as I don't want smoke to effect my kids in confined spaces. but the non smokers need to grow up and stop the generalisation that we all want to effect their health. This not the case. Let us just do our thing as long as non smokers don't have to breath it. By The way if my kids started smoking I would kick their **** but with modern education about these things I don't think they will do that as I constantly get bad vibes from them because my wife and I do smoke. People in this world have far bigger problems than smoking.
