Let's see...

From Shinjuku Station take the Chuo Rapid (Orange train) to Kanda Station. Exit Kanda station for the 'Ginza' subway line. Take the Ginza line train going towards Ueno. Stay on that train until it reaches Asakusa. Some trains stop at Ueno, but I think that's only later in the evening hours. Asakusa is the last top on the Ginza line.

Also, Minowa station is close as well, that's on on the Hibiya line. There's not an easy way to access the Hibiya line, except going to Ginza station and changing there. (At least from Shinjuku, that's one way to do it... after taking Chuo Rapid to Kanda)

Blue circled area is Yoshiwara district. (吉原) Red circles are Asakusa and Minowa stations. (North and South, respectively.) You get on google and make a map to get to the Yoshiwara area.

A simpler/easier way to get there is to go to Minowa Station on the Hibiya Line, then get a taxi and tell the driver you want to go to Yoshiwara. He will definitely know how to find it, and the fare won't add much (relatively speaking) to the cost of your visit.

To get to Minowa Station from Shinjuku, the simple route is to take the Yamanote (train) Line to Ueno and change there to the Hibiya (subway) Line. You want to go in the direction of Iriya (H18), and Minowa is the second stop (H19) from Ueno (H17).

Ww has good info too - I was just trying to remember how to get there.

The Taxis are a really good option actually, saves a lot of walking.

My personal prefence is Chuo Express to Kana - Yamanote just takes so long from Shiunku to Ueno. Kanda is like 12 minutes and 1 change for another short 14 minute ride. Either way, you'll get there... just go with whichever is more comfortable.

Yep, you're route is definitely much faster. I gave the Yamanote one simply because it is very easy to find and navigate, plus lots of Tokyo newcomers are familiar with that line even if no other.

And, if you miss your stop, all you have to do is stay on the train for another hour (or is it 55 min?), and it comes around again!

Very true. Yamanote loop, I believe is still 1 hour for a full loop. So, sure, if you are afraid of getting lost... stick with Yamanote. I still get twisted around at large Subway exchanges.

Hey, King's CLub (http://www.kings-club.net/index2.shtml) as posted above by TokyoSpirit looks pretty damn gaijin friendly from its website...even special pages for foreigners and an English language webform for making appointments! That could be a really good lead.

Can anyone provide a review of that place and/or some of its ladies specifically?

Unless I hear some discouraging words here or elsewhere, I'll probably give it a try sometime next month when I am in town. All this discussion of soaplands has gotten me in the mood to have that experience again. If it happens, I promise a report.

So I haven't seen any reference as to if condoms are provided or used. I would assume they are used for FS but what about BJ? I assume they have their own condoms and you don't have to bring your own?

I'm new to Tokyo and would like to start off my adventures with a soapland experience.

I'd love to hear your opinion on the "best club." I am willing to pay for Model-hot girls but I'd also be happy with a good deal as well, decent looking girls and a good price.
