I got zero experience, but just thought when reading your post, you say virtually nothing changed.
Could it be that because in the background, the key money and leases are so high, that no one can re-invest anything or do more to improve their bar like it was back in the times when profit was made?
How would the bar business look like without ridiculous key moneys?
